This is a five-week programme designed to give you a greater understanding of your new commitment to Jesus Christ and His church. In essence, this course lays a strong foundation for your personal growth and development in the faith.

On completion of ‘First Steps’ DTI runs a wide-ranging series of modules that progress through three different levels and provide greater levels of Christian education to build knowledge-base and capacity. Practical ‘life-skills’ topics are woven into these programs to provide a holistic educational package. 

In conjunction with the Pastoral Ministry and Destiny Life Skills, DTI runs a series of seminars on a quarterly basis that target areas of specific need. These topics include Family Dynamics, Marriage, Parenting, Freedom from Addictions, Anger Resolution, Finance and Business.  These seminars are presented by qualified and experienced personnel in their respective field.

Destiny’s Leadership series is presented by Bishop Tamaki, and covers all aspects of Christian leadership relevant to the church, business, sport and social sectors. These seminars are usually run at the Auckland church but are also presented at Destiny Churches at a regional level.
