If you're a new Christian or member of Destiny Church, you may be wondering, "What do I do now?" Here at Destiny, we want to help you in your walk with Christ and we provide several ways for you to gain a deeper understanding of Christ and His Kingdom.
Destiny Begins
This is a special class for new members to meet and talk with leaders in Destiny Church. Here you will learn the vision of the Church and how you are an important part of it. Meetings are held regularly and if you're interested in attending, visit the Info desk after any church service for the next scheduled meeting.
Link Groups
Link Groups are small relational groups of Destiny Church members who meet in homes around the Auckland area. Fun, food and friendships are the moto for these groups and are a great way to meet new people and link with other Christians. Read more >>
First Steps Class
This course is made up of five classes and is designed to give you a greater understanding of your new commitment to Jesus Christ and His church. In essence, this course lays a strong foundation for your personal growth and development in the faith.
Water Baptism
Baptism is an important step in your walk with Christ that demonstrates your commitment to Him. Water baptisms are discussed in the Destiny Begins class and a ceremony can be arranged for you on the night you attend! Destiny also holds special baptism ceremonies every few months with dozens of people going through the procedure. See your Link Group leader or the Info desk to find out when the next ceremony is to be held.
Foundation Class I, II & III
Run by the Destiny Training Institute, these classes teach the foundational principals of Christs kingdom and are aimed at believers of all levels. Each level consists of 6 classes that rotate through out the year, allowing you to join the classes at anytime. Classes are approximately one hour long and are held Tuesday nights at the Church.
