Complete with a circuit room, weights room, and cardio area, the gym facility also conducts health and fitness assessments and incorporates diet and training plans.

Located directly across the road from the church facility, the fitness centre is ideal for all levels of physical development in a healthy Christian atmosphere. You can also work on your tan as well, thanks to the latest ‘stand up’ sun tanning capsule.
