Within your pack, you will find your VIP lanyard card/s and your parking pass
- if you purchased one separately. The VIP lanyard card needs to be attached to your lanyard throughout the conference weekend. Your car park pass must be displayed on
your dashboard and remain in your vehicle.
Passes included in this pack are non-transferable, and no replacements will be issued for passes lost, misplaced or stolen.
Your exclusive passes include early access to VIP parking, sanctuary seating, and a private lounge with light refreshments for you to enjoy within Destiny School.

All services for The Meeting of the Mighty Conference will be held on-site at Destiny Church, 25 Druces Rd, Auckland.

Attendance at additional events may incur charges.
We are a Smoking, Drug and Alcohol-free venue.
All of the on-site parking is reserved over the conference for VIP Parking Pass holders.
Additional parking for Conference Attendees can be located in the streets surrounding the venue within a 5-minute walk.
Note: There is no parking on the median strip along Druces Road. Auckland Council Parking Officers actively patrol this area and we would hate for you to receive a parking infringement.
VIP Reserved Parking
Secure parking space is guaranteed for Friday PM, full Saturday and full Sunday services.
To access reserved parking, please display your VIP Parking Pass on your dashboard and follow the directions of the carpark attendees.
Please aim to be onsite 30 minutes before each service start time. The carpark will then be closed and secured.
Drop-Off
If you're being dropped off, let the carpark attendees know at the carpark entry and they'll direct you.
We have on-site vendors available before and after our main services to purchase food and drink.
Enjoy your purchases while in our poolside area - The WarZone.
*NO FOOD OR DRINK is to be consumed in the Sanctuary.
First aid is available throughout the entire weekend. Please see one of our ushers if assistance is required.
In the unlikely event the fire alarm is activated, please exit using the nearest fire exit, following the instructions of the fire wardens.
We have our own team of media operating over the weekend. By entering the venue and event you agree to be filmed and photographed which will be made public.
Our services will be livestreamed on our social media accounts.
Our photographs will be availabe via an online photo album with QR codes placed around the venue to access them.
We also encourage you to take your own photo's and video, share on your social media and tag us in!
*While we endeavour to share all our media captured from the weekend,this may not always be possible. Access and availabilty of these will be at our discretion.
The ManUp shop will be open all conference before and after main services for your purchases.

We aim to send your conference packs out to your local region by the Sunday before conference. This year entry will be with your printed wristband.
Tickets are non-refundable.
VIP Guests - entry through VIP doors will open 45 mins before the start of each service. VIP Seats are allocated at the front of the Sanctuary and labelled for your convenience.
General Admission - entry through Main Foyer doors will open 30 mins before the start of each service. GA seats will be seated in order of arrival.
Please have your wristbands ready and follow the Ushers directions.

Please show your wristbands to gain access to the VIP Lounge and access to your seating in the sanctuary.
Your VIP entrance to the sanctuary will open 45 minutes before each service start time, and will close 10 minutes before the start of all events. See our site-map for entrance location or look-out for your VIP hosts in the Main Foyer.
Within the sanctuary, we have allocated reserved seating for VIP pass holders. These seats are named to make your experience more enjoyable. You will find the seating plan in the VIP lounge.
*Please note that 10 minutes before the service, our ushers may fill any empty seats.

We have arranged for light refreshment facilities in the VIP Lounge for your enjoyment. This lounge is located within Destiny School and will be open before every event. See site map for entry location.
If your young child is attending our main services, we ask that they share your seat with you, unless you have purchased a ticket for them.
No child will be permitted entry or exit into the Sanctuary without an adult accompanying them, this includes visits to the ablutions.
Children are not to freely wander around our church premises at any time.
At Destiny Church Auckland we value child safety. To this end, please ensure that children remain with an adult at all times unless you have signed them into our Conference Childcare programs where they are under close supervision. Children are not to freely wander around our church premises at any time. Children are also not permitted at any time to exit the Sanctuary without an adult accompanying them, this includes visits to the ablutions.
The Elite Force is located within the Multi-Purpose room. Entry is via Main Foyer. See our Site-Map.
Ensure that your child has been preregistered via brushfire.
Registrations open 30 minutes before main church service starts.
Children must be signed in and out each session.
Please have your QR Code ready for sign-in (Needed at each service).
All children must be collected no more then 15 min of the service concluding.
Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately and all their belongings are named.
*Please do not send your children with devices. We will take all care but no responsibility for their personal possessions.

This interactive area has been created where parents can listen to the Live Service whilst also supervising their babies active play.
We encourage parents to bring their own supplies.
Parent Supervision is required at all times.
Please note this is a quiet zone and we kindly ask that you refrain from talking so other parents have the opportunity to enjoy the live service.
Nappy changing area is located in the main bathrooms.
Located in Nana Hannah's Parent Room.
This quiet area has been created where parents of newborns or breastfeeding Mums can watch the Live Service while tending to their baby.
We encourage parents to bring their own supplies.
Parent Supervision is required at all times.
Please note this is a quiet zone and we kindly ask that you refrain from talking so babies can sleep.
Nappy Changing area is located in main bathrooms.
We believe you should never come into the House of God empty-handed. If you require Eftpos facilities or have any questions, please feel free to approach our team at the Info desk located in the main foyer.
Giving has also been made easy via Tithe.ly. Download the app ahead of time, and select ‘Destiny Church Auckland’.
During our Sunday night service there will be an opportunity for Conference Attendees to give their First-fruit offering. For your convenience, a First-fruit envelope is included in your conference pack or is available from the info desk.
*Please note that First-fruit offerings are non-claimable donations for end of year Tax Credit Claim forms.
During our Saturday night service we will take up an offering towards our ongoing Vision and the advancement of our Kingdom mandate. The ‘GIVE TO WIN’ offering envelopes have been included in your conference pack for your convenience. Additional envelopes are also available from our Info desk. Please ensure you ‘clearly’ record your full name and church region on your envelope so we can issue you with a receipt at the end of the next financial year.
