Here at Man Up, we are committed to a single goal; we want to make the world a better place. We work hard to establish better lifestyles for our participants through our 12-week program. Founded in 2015, Man Up is driven by everyday men from all walks of life, making the decision to face issues we all have had to address in our life. With support from our facilitators, men work through these issues supported by a local group of men.
